From the sun-drenched hills of southeast Sicily comes an unforgettable single-varietal EVOO made exclusively from the prized Tonda Iblea olive. Grown on the organic Spedalotto estate, high in the Monti Iblei region, this D.O.P.-certified oil bursts with classic Sicilian flavor—aromatic tomato leaf, buttery texture, and a bright, green herbal lift.
The estate’s 7,500 organically cultivated olive trees are hand-harvested from October through January. Olives are cold-extracted within hours at a local frantoio, bottled to preserve peak freshness and shipped directly to us. With its medium intensity and fruit-forward profile, Spedalotto’s Tonda Iblea Olio Nuovo EVOO is fresh, green and bold with a delightful complexity that speaks directly to Vincenzo Paterno’ di Spedalotto’s careful cultivation of the soil and the 7,500 trees on the property.
