Tasting Notes: A sumptuous extra virgin olive oil obtained from hand-selected, ripened black olives. Sweet and balanced, with a mellow, full-bodied taste, it is a natural finish for grilled meats, especially beef.
When making a hearty vegetable-and-bean soup, including Tuscany’s famed ribolitta, this is our go-to olive oil from start to finish. The oil’s mellow flavor is also our choice for dressing assertive greens, including kale, watercress, arugula and radicchio.
