This is a traditional balsamic certified by the Italian Control Agency and authorized by the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Consortium for the Geographic Indication Protection (IGP), or indicazione geografica protetta. The flavor is smooth and rich with lovely fruit finish, owing to the percentage and density (1.18) of the must.

Here’s how it works:
- Shop online as usual and add your items to the cart.
- At checkout, select the option: “I’ll pick it up myself.”
- In the order notes, let us know which Saturday you’d like to pick up.
- We’ll have your order ready and waiting at our Montclair Market booth.
It’s that simple.
